Focused on the corporate team for Inovator’s Legal, Lee advises stakeholders through every stage of the commercial lifecycle – from company formation, corporate governance, equity and debt financing, and commercial operations through to significant exit transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and securities offerings. Lee’s experience advising boards of directors, private and public entities and executive management teams in navigating complex deal structures includes cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, special purpose acquisition company business combinations and venture capital investment. Lee has advised clients in a broad range of industries, including consumer goods and retail, media, industrial, satellite and aerospace, agrotech, fintech, financial advisory, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, blockchain, digital token and technology companies. 

Lee received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, and was a Competitions Staff Editor of the Moot Court Board. He received his B.A. from Brandeis University, where he graduated summa cum laude with the highest honors in History and Business.
